Statement indicating the total value of the civil engineering works executed and payment received in last 5 years certified by the chartered accountant to be scanned and uploaded necessary details shall be uploaded as per the respective formats furnished along with the qualification information.

Statement indicating the A.Existing commitments and ongoing works, B.Details of works for which tenders are already submitted. The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
