1. The participating bidders shall furnish the following (Eligibility Criteria): a) i) Contractor with valid registration certificate of Class-I to Class-III up to

20.00 lakhs works (Electrical), As per G.O Ms No.21 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 13-04-2017 & As per G.O Ms No.94 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 01-07-2003. ii) Electrical contractors Electrical Grade-A License or Grade – B License. b) PAN Card. c) Registration of GST. d) The Bidder Satisfactory completed as a prime contractor, should have work experience in Decorative poles with lighting / Decorative Fixtures (Permanent)/ Decorative Façade lighting works i.e., 50% of estimated contract value in any one financial year of the last (10) Ten financial years within the block period. The bidder should enclose experience certificates issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent of the State/Central Government Department undertakings. (As per G.O.Ms.No.66, dt:20.04.2015) e)

1.0 % EMD drawn in favour of the Commissioner, GHMC payable at Hyderabad in the form of Online Payment/ Challan Generation. f) The Tenderer who have quoted less than 25% or equal less of the ECV Should upload Undertaking letter. Format is enclosed. The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25% less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (DD with Correct ASD amount must be uploaded).
