Verify OEM authorization by providing a formal Manufacturer Authorization on letterhead with OEM name, address, email, and phone. The authorizing entity should be the original equipment manufacturer. If bidding via distributors, attach authorization and ensure service support is available in India.

Key specs include internal washing capability, exhaust motor speed (rpm), sash handle design, base cabinet features, material of construction, view glass water level indicator, water circulation flow rate (LPM), and scrubber flow rate (cfm). Ensure IS or industry standards compliance where stated.

Delivery period may be adjusted under the option clause, with up to 50% quantity variation. Additional time equals (Increased quantity / Original quantity) × Original delivery period, minimum 30 days. Final delivery schedule to be confirmed in the purchase order.

Contract requires Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning. OEM service support in India is required for imported products, with a registered office. Material Test Certificates must accompany delivery and post-installation support terms will be defined in contract.
