CGST Certificate should be uploaded
E.M.D. to be paid through online for Rs. 1,532.5/- (2 ? %) on ECV. Scanned copy of Transaction success receipt of E.M.D. may be uploaded with the bids. If required the tenderer shall hand over the original receipt to the Dy. Director (Parks), LB.NAGAR Zone, Urban Biodiversity, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
EPF: EPF Registration certificate and latest PF challans (Paid challan to be uploaded should have been remitted during the past 3 months from the date of this tender notification) in respect of Manpower working under the bidder.
ESI: ESI Registration certificate and latest ESI challans (Paid challan to be uploaded should have been remitted during the past 3 months from the date of this tender notification)in respect of manpower working under the bidder.
ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT - In case the tenderer quotes more than 25 percent less percentage over ECV the tenderer shall upload scanned copy of the Demand draft for the difference amount between ECV and less tendered amount towards ASD. Note those who does not quote more than 25 percent less over the ECV they can upload their copy of same EMD in such case.
All other tender conditions
The tenderer should have experience in Similar work in any Government ( State or Central )/ Public sector units of GOI/ any State Government, to a turn of atleast (50% of the estimated amount) during any one financial year of last five years i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 or Current financial year. Experience Certificate issued by the Concerned Authority (Not less than the rank of Drawing Officer
