Bidders must submit PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, and EFT mandate along with OEM authorization. Installation/commissioning must be by OEM-certified personnel; quantity may adjust up to 50%.

Submit PAN Card, GSTIN, a Cancelled Cheque, and an EFT Mandate certified by bank. Include OEM authorization if bidding through an authorized distributor and the Data Sheet for the offered electronic load equipment; ensure GST is applicable and verifiable.

Offer must be non-obsolete with at least 5 years residual market life, include Data Sheet, and be installable by OEM-certified personnel. Malicious Code Certificate is mandatory; installation and testing occur at BEL IG Stores MILCOM Bengaluru, with on-site commissioning.

Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the bid quantity up to 50% of the bid quantity at the time of award or order placement, subject to final contract terms.

Bidders must certify that the hardware/software lacks embedded malicious code and cannot cause damage or data leakage. Any breach could lead to contract termination and liability for damages under procurement terms.

Installation/commissioning is at BHARAT ELECTRONICS LTD IG STORES MILCOM JALAHALLI POST BENGALURU 560013, Karnataka, with on-site configuration and training by OEM resources if applicable.

GST will be reimbursed as actuals or at applicable rates, whichever is lower, up to the maximum quoted GST percentage. Bidder bears applicable GST obligations and must provide compliant invoices.
