The intending bidder shall not have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/ termination of their contract in KPCL/government or any other utility and have not been blacklisted for participation in tender issued by KPCL or government or any other utility in India during the past 3 years

Special condition for cleaning, clearing of Ash at AHP including silos - The successful bidders should deploy the required number of own/hired vehicles tractor with bull/loader and trailer or open truck and Excavators/JCB/Hitachi within one week from the date of LOI/WO. In case emergency the bidder should provide required number of loader/bull/JCB/open truck and tractor with trailer as per KPCL requirement mentioned in table and also upload the Annexure - III - Declaration III

The bidder shall upload declaration as per the Annexure IA that none of his contracts have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their Contract in KPCL/Government or any other utility and not blacklisted for participating in tender by KPCL or Government or any other utility in India during the past three years.And studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the bid documents. Bidder shall upload Declaration as per Annexure IB, Annexure II & Annexure III.

The Bidder shall quote rates exclusive of GST and inclusive of all other applicable taxes, levies, duties and cess etc., as per the prevailing regulations of GOI and GOK. Declaration in this regard has to be furnished as per Annexure - IV.

In case, the Bidder have submitted 2 years or 5 years work done certificate only single year - 12 consecutive months in preceding five years - executed work done amount will be consider for evaluation.

The bidder should be free from any of the statutory body appraisal/obligation/charges undergoing & shall produce relevant proof /declaration with an undertaking to get absolved. In this regard declaration to be furnished as per Annexure - IV
