• Delivery & option clause: Purchaser may increase/decrease quantity by up to 25%; delivery period adjusts with a minimum of 30 days; extended time as defined
• Documentation & licenses: Valid BIS license for both XLPE cable and fire suppression system; NABL test reports; GST registration; PAN; latest GST return
• OEM & approvals: Bid must include OEM authorization for both products; make approved in PWD/ CPWD; ISO/CE listings required; SPB board registrations acceptable
• Warranty & tests: Complete system warranty; test certificates and warranty certificates due on delivery; OEM-specific NABL reports mandatory
• Working conditions: Compliance with workmen compensation, insurance, public liability; safety for EHV work and PPE usage
