All documents required under the tender document shall be uploaded by the bidder.

All the above details shall be provided in the prescribed format as per Annexure-H

Annual Turnover Certificate

Audited Balance Sheets

Audited Financial Statements

Company Registration Certificate

Complete location details full address with district name of each institution

Copies of Income Tax Returns filed for all three financial years

Copies of valid Agreements which is of 3 years prior to this notification

GST Registration Certificate & PAN Card.

Leased/Rented Valid Lease Agreement or Rental Agreement to be enclosed

Owned - Ownership documents to be enclosed

Photographs of the infrastructure facilities, including classrooms

Profit & Loss Accounts Duly audited and certified by a Chartered Accountant

Statutory Audit Reports for the abovementioned financial years

The bidder shall furnish complete details of institutions operating under its own name

The bidder shall furnish complete details of the Registered Office address Lease or rented agreement should be previous 3 years

The bidder shall upload all documents as specified and required in the tender document.

The turnover certificate shall be duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, and a valid UDIN Unique Document Identification Number must be mentioned on the certificate

Valid Registration Certificate issued by the competent Government authority under the relevant Act
