Delivery timing starts from the last date of the original delivery order. If quantity increases, the extension is calculated as ( Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days, and may extend up to the original period.

Bidders must have a functional service centre in the consignee state or establish one within 30 days of award. A dedicated toll-free service number and a detailed escalation matrix must be provided to ensure timely OEM support and warranty servicing.

Imported items require an OEM or Authorized Seller with an India-based registered office for after-sales service. Submit an OEM authorization certificate and ensure service support capabilities align with the Army’s requirements, including a local service centre if applicable.
