To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 a- achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turn over in all cases of civil engineering construction works only Rs. 41.91 Lakhs and The Financial Turn Over Certificate Should bear the UDIN Number invariably and duly signed by registered chartered Accountant. The Certificate without UDIN number will not be considered

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 b-Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.20.96 Lakhs

Latest income tax clearance certificate along with last five years balance sheet and profit & loss statement duly certified by the CA

If the bidder quoted rates less than the estimate/tendered rates, he has to remit the difference amount in the form of DD/FDR drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Division, Yadgir only, duly uploading the scanned copy of the same in the e-portal at the time of submitting the bid. The successful bidder should submit the Original DD/FDR to this office at the time of Execution of the agreement

Assessed Tender capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount
