To qualify for award of this contract, Bidder should have achieved Minimum financial turnover not less than of APT of this work , in at least TWO financial years in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26,. An additional weightage of 10percent for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level certified by chartered accountant having UDIN number

The intending bidder should have Mandating satisfactorily completed 90percent of work individually executed as prime contractor, for at least one similar type of work to an extent of 50 percent of the cost of amount put to tender in work like Operation and Maintainance of DWSS OR LIS in any Projects Work of value not less than Rs. 11.29 Lakhs excluding GST during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2026

KPWD Class IV & above Civil Contractor along with Electrical license issued by electrical inspectorate for class IV & above

Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate along with latest paid challan copy or Exemption letter

Achieved in at least TWO financial years a Average financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of value not less Rs. 22.57 Lakhs excluding GST

Assessed available tender Capacity is AxNx2.5-B, A-Maximum value of Civil works executed in any Two year during the last five years updated to 2026-27 Price level, N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited N/12 Years, where N-Period of completion of the works in months for which tenders are invited,B - Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments N-Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited
