Bidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/Supplier of subject material.
If bidder is OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) must submit a valid Manufacturer Certificate of Rathi Turboflex PVT Ltd/ Cubic Transmission Pvt.Ltd.
If Bidder is authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorization letter/Certificate from manufacturer from the Rathi Turboflex PVT Ltd/ Cubic Transmission Pvt.Ltd.
If Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/Certificate from manufacturer of the subject materials (make: Rathi Turboflex PVT Ltd/ Cubic Transmission Pvt.Ltd)duly incorporating the tender notice details.
In case the bidder fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer of Rathi Turboflex PVT Ltd/ Cubic Transmission Pvt.Ltd.
a) The bid shall be considered for regular supplier to TGENCO/Govt./ PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to supply of subject material of Rathi Turboflex PVT Ltd/ Cubic Transmission Pvt.Ltd make and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
b) The bidder shall furnish undertaking to produce interchangeability certificate and Guarantee certificate from the OEM. Otherwise, the bid shall be liable for rejection.
Copies of executed orders (or) performance certificate, issued within the last 5 years (FY 2020-21, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024 -2025 or latest) for supply of Spares and consumable of CWP/HP motor PUMPs to power utilities/Govt. Org/ Public Sector under taking org/ reputed private org, clearly showing the name of the firm,PO date and description of the material etc.
Technical literature such as specifications/product catalogues/datasheets pertaining to the offered material along with make.
All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.

(a) All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions. (b) The company shall be declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt Department/ PSU due to any reason. Note: i) TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii) If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO’s discretion. iii) Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv) The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v) Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi) If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO. and all other terms and conditions are as per tender specifications.
