Open Tender for Water Hose Pipe, 10 Mtrs long, suitable for high-pressure coach washing applications in Railway Workshops. Hose size/ID: 3/8 Inch, designed for Maximum Working Pressure of 700 Bar and operating temperature range from minus 40 degree Celsius to plus 100 degree Celsius. Hose shall be flexible, robust and heavy-duty construction, manufactured from high- quality oil-resistant synthetic rubber compound having excellent resistance to abrasion, weather, ozone and normal workshop operating conditions. The hose shall be reinforced with minimum three high-tensile steel wire braids suitable for continuous high-pressure operation. Both ends of the hose shall be provided with suitable heavy-duty metallic threaded, leak-proof end connections complete with 3/8 Inch Hex Nipple fittings, duly crimped/secured and rated for the specified working pressure. Each hose shall be supplied as a complete ready-to-use assembly with all necessary intermediate matching fittings/connections.
