1. The class of contractor eligible is given below: Registered Civil contractors with Class-V or above 1. Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above-mentioned work from the civil contractor registration with the Government of Telangana. Form of Contract - Lumpsum 3. EMD to be paid by online in favor of Commissioner, Jagtial Municipality (i.e. 1% of ECV) 4. The Tenders with an excess of the estimated contract value shall summarily be rejected. 5. All other relevant conditions are incorporated in the tender document. Note: The dates stipulated above are firm and under no circumstances they will be altered unless otherwise extended by official notification or happen to be a Public Holiday. B). E)Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be blacklisted and the contract will be terminated and the work will be taken over invoking clause 60 (a) of PS of APSS. 7. Tender inviting authority can cancel tender at any time without any notice or information to the bidder 8. All other conditions stated in G.O.Ms.No. 29 Dated: 26-05-2017 7.
