280.00 lakhs (Rupees Two Crore and Eighty Lakhs Only) vide DT A.S.Reg.No.DT/ASNO/2026-27/165 dt:08.07.2026 and T.S.No:86/2026-27 dt:09.07.2026. and communicated vide reference 1st & 2nd cited respectively. The expenditure is chargeable to “DCW Funds for the financial year 2026-27.” 2) Tenders are Proposed to invite under e’ procurement platform for the above subject work and the Bids document is prepared duly keeping the following eligibility and qualification criterias as per G.O.Ms.No.94, dtd:01.07.2003 of I&CAD Department and its amendments. 3) Tenderers are required to furnish necessary data/documents along with their tender in support of their competence as per G.O.Ms.No.94, dtd:01.07.2003 of I & CAD Department DATA/Documents furnished shall be true in all respects. On verification by HMWSSB if it is found to be not true or if the tenderer has attempted to conceal any unfavorable data, their tender will be treated as non-responsive and will be rejected 4) The eligibility criteria for the subject work is as follows: a) Registered Contractors/Firms of appropriate class in (civil) as per G.O.Ms 94 I & CAD (PW-COD) Dept dated: 1-7-2003 of Irrigation & CAD Department, GoTG & its amendments and are to be executed for the HMWSSB on the basis of Schedule of percentage tender. c) The tenderer should have MOU/Authorization with the Manufacturers/Dealers for DI Valves as per site requirement. c) The tenderer should have his own registered MS Pipes Manufacturing Unit in this state or should have MOU/Authorization with the Manufacturers/Dealers situated in this state for similar type of MS pipes. d) The tenderer should note that the junction works of the above work has to be completed within the 24 hrs shut down period for which the tenderer should submit a declaration on their letter heads. . iii) Past Experience: Similar works cost: It is necessary that the tenderer should have executed similar type of works successfully in the past ten years, i.e, not earlier than April

2016. One or more of the said works executed successfully by the tenderer added together shall be minimum of Rs.153.96 Lakhs in any one year during the past 10 years. The present worth of each of these jobs executed and completed by the tenderer in the past will be calculated based on escalation of 10% per annum. iv) Physical Quantities: It is necessary that the tenderer should have successfully executed similar type of works i.e., i) The tenderer should have experience in i) supplied, delivered, laid, jointed, tested and commissioned MS pipeline of 400mm dia and above for a minimum length of 600 Rmt ii) supply, delivery and fixing of 400mm dia & above DI D/F Gate valves of atleast (02 Nos) iii) The tenderer should have successfully executed and completed and commissioned successfully Trenchless technology tunnelling work through specialized pipe jacking technique of minimum 600 mm dia and above pipeline not less than 30 rmt in one or more contracts added together in any one year during the past 10 years (specified financial years) i.e. not earlier than April’2016 in any of the Government Departments/Government Undertakings. 5) Bidder capacity: The assessed capacity of the Tenderer, as calculated below, shall not be less than the estimated value of the contract.
