Tender Notice for Providing Project Management Consultancy Services including Supervision, Quality Assurance, Progress Monitoring/Reporting, Measurement, Billing and Documentation for the Work of Construction of Chikkabanavara Police Station, Traffic Police Station and ACP Subdivision Office Building in Bengaluru (CALL-2). in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The bidder shall study the Tender document Carefully and quote the rates

All scanned documents uploaded are to be produced in original to the Executive Engineer Contracts to verify the documents within 3 Days after the last date of submission on KPP Portal for verification

The successful bidder shall give an under taking that they would abide by the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act

The Bidder shall quote his rates inclusive all other applicable taxes, levies, duties and cess etc., exclusive of GST, as per prevailing GOI / GOK Norms

The Bidder shall obtain insurance coverage for all the workers deployed for this work

The Consultants shall Pay Transaction Fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) inclusive of GST which is Non Refundable, through DD drawn in favour of KSPH & IDCL (Own Fund), Bengaluru & the scan copy of the same to be uploaded at the time of submission of bid documents and it will be considered for technical bid evaluation and the original DD should be submitted to the Executive Engineer (Contracts), KSPH & IDCL, No. 59, Richmond Road, Bangalore - 560 025 on or before the last date of receipt of tender for verification and the non-compliance of the same leads to the rejection of the bid
