Audited balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the firm certified by Chartered Accountant for having turnover not less than Rs.58.00 Lakh per annum in each of the two financial years during the past three financial years i.e., 2023-24 to 2025-26
Copy of Income Tax Returns filed for preceding two financial years in the last three years 2023-24 to 2025-26
Copy of PAN and GST Registration Certificate
Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer, the tenderer should have supplied 60 Tone Capacity Weigh Bridge minimum of 02 number, in any one of the past financial years i.e., from 2023-24 to 2025-26 Copies of Invoices should be furnished as proof of supply.
Relevant Specification complying with the technical specification as mentioned in the tender document at Section V & VI.
Self-declaration of tenderers stating that the firm is not black listed by PSU / Government bodies. Any wrong declaration will make the tenderer to be criminally prosecuted.
Status of the firm Scanned copies of supporting documents should be uploaded.1.Individual / proprietary - Firm registration certificate/GST in the name of the firm,2.Partnership firm - Partnership deed / Registration Certificate of the firm,3.Private / Public Limited Company - Certificate of Incorporation

The tender being authorized dealer shall submit Dealership certificate.
The tenderer being a manufacturer shall submit Manufacturing License
The tenderer being an authorized dealer shall submit Manufacturers Authorization Form.
Eligibility Criteria
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
