Terms and Conditions, Eligibility Criteria regarding Manufacture/Authorized dealers or Registered Contractors / firms MOU with manufacturers The bidder should submit the following particulars invariably in the format specified in the tender schedules with necessary certificates / documents and to be scanned and uploaded online on e-procurement platform, failing which, his tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. 1. Registration with Government of Telangana in appropriate class [monetary value with reference to estimated cost i.e., Technical Sanction amount] 2) All the payments towards the EMD should be paid though Net banking / RTGS/ NEFT/ Credit card/ Debit card/ for works costing up to Rs. 50.00 Lakhs . 3) Bank Guarantees for the works Costing above Rs. 50.00 Lakhs (E.C.V) 4) Copy of PAN card. 5) Copy of GST registration 6) In case the address in various documents (Registration/ITR/GST/Turnover/ Experience Certificate etc.,) does not tally, notarized affidavit shall be submitted, mentioning the reasons for the discrepancy and duly specifying the present address. 7. The bidder is subject to be black-listed and his EMD shall be forfeited, if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms / statements / certificates submitted in proof of qualification and other eligibility criteria. 8. Even during execution of the work, if it is found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates, he will be blacklisted and the contract will be terminated and the work will be taken over invoking clause 60 (a) of PS of APSS. 9. Any further information can be obtained from the Office of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Karimnagar. 10. If there are no on hand works or tendered works NIL report shall be uploaded. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:- Bid capacity is applicable only for Estimate cost (T.S. Amount) of above Rs. 5.00 lakhs. 1) Bid capacity i.e., (3AN-B) will be part of qualification criteria as per the GO RT No. 294, Dt: 18-07-2020 . In terms of para 11 of G.O. MS No. 94, Dt: 01-07-2003, G.o. RT 40, 20-01-2018 MA&UD(MA-2 Dept All the works costing above Rs. 5.00 Lakhs pertaining to this tender call will be evaluated in the descending order of ECV and the TCV of the successful bidder will be incorporated by updating their B value for evaluation of 2nd (and other works down the line) A = Turnover in any one of the preceding last ten financial year i.e., from 2017-18 to 2026-27. (Certificate from C.A. should be enclosed by tenderer) B = Value of commitment of existing works on hand self declaration should be upload. (in the proforma enclosed) N = (Period of completion in months) / 12. 9) ASD shall be remitted if the tenderer quotes less percentage beyond 25% 11) Payment will be regulated as per the 3rd partly Q.C. reports., running bills will be processed only after getting. 12) Photography and videography of all important events shall be done at the contractors cost and the same shall be uploaded regularly.
