The Purchaser may increase or decrease the quantity up to 50% of the bid quantity at contracted rates during or after contract; additional time is calculated per the specified formula with a minimum of 30 days, and extended delivery is allowed up to the original period.

GST is the bidder's responsibility; reimbursement is based on actuals or applicable rates, whichever is lower, not exceeding the quoted GST percentage. Ensure GST registration and frequency per local regulations for timely invoicing.
