The L1 tenderer should pay the remaining 1.5% EMD & ASD amount quoted more than 25% less on ECV Value in website http://emd/ghmc.gov.in/ and should submit the receipt to this office before concluding the agreement.

The tenders will be evaluated as per G.O.MS No.294, Dt: 18-07-2020, MA&UD, Government of Telangana for the Works costing of Rs:5.00lakhs to Rs:50lakhs in which bid capacity of the agency is calculated as per formula 3AN-B and the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work..

The contractor / agency has to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate in Civil Engineering Works for consecutive ten years duly certified by the charted accountant on the letter head with UDIN No along with Profit & Loss sheet & Balance sheet & 26AS.

The contractor / agency is to submit the details of existing commitments i.e., works on hand in all other departments in addition to the works in GHMC in the statement-1 for evaluation of bid capacity and those who do not furnish the information will be summarily rejected.

Income Tax returns (Saral) for the AY 2025-26 with proof of receipt

Contractor should give a declaration regarding Department is not responsible for anything happens at the site to the labour and the agency/contractor is held responsible for such untowards incidence.

The Bidder Should Upload contractor?s Address, Cell no. and Email Id for ready correspondence .

The Bidder should have at least one (01) year in last ten(10) years of experience in providing similar services to government entities/departments/reputed clients in India. Suppliers / Manufacturer who can supply minimum 08 Nos of portable tanks of size 20 mt x 10 mt, depth.1.32 mt within one month shall only be participated.

A team of project head and project executives along with 5-6 labours at each site needs to be provided.

Warranty of Product : The Bidder shall offer warranty for entire product including all the parts related to the portable water tank for minimum of 2 years. During this warranty period any damages shall be rectified and such expenses shall be borne by the bidder.

Genuineness of Contractor Registration on Rs.100/- NSJ paper should be submitted by agency to the tender approving authority at the time of submission of tender (Format enclosed).
