Technical Specifications & Requirements

• All latest revisions, amendments, and updates to TSQD shall apply.
• Delivery can be staggered or accelerated subject to BDL confirmation.
• Warranty: 2 years from date of acceptance; warranty certificate required with delivery.
• Inspection: By Principal Director, MSQAA or authorized representative; QA Reports and MSQAA clearance certificates to be submitted at delivery.
• Production partner must prepare a Process Plan and submit a QA Matrix; NDA must be executed; all documents remain the property of DRDO/BDL.
• Identification markings and acceptance criteria defined in TSQD/QAP; no FIMs issued by BDL.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Quotation validity: 12 months from the date of submission.
• Quantity division: 60% to L1, 40% to L2; full quantity offered to L1 on conditional acceptance.
• Delivery timeline: From the date of BDL confirmation; extended proportionally with quantity changes.
• Warranty: 2 years from acceptance; warranty certificate mandatory.
• NDA: Signed as per attached format; all drawings promptly provided to approved sources.
• Inspection authority: MSQAA representative; final acceptance by QA Agency.
