5. General Requirement. 1. Registration Certification 2. Class-V, Class-IV Contractors of GHMC registration is only considered, Other Departments Registration Class-III & above only are eligible for above 5 Lakhs works 3. EMD 4. Pan Card Attached concerned documents 5. GST final registration copy 6. For reservation works Caste certificate issued by Telangana Government to be uploaded and in case of societies, latest audit certificate also to be uploaded 7. Income Tax Returns Certificate for the assessment year 2024-25 attached concerned documents. 8. The Contractor is to submit the Annual Turnover Certificate in Civil Engineering works for consecutive last ten years ie., from 2015-16 to 2024-25 (from which ever year applicable) with UDI number. Out of which highest value will be considered duly certified by the CA on the letter head. CA certificate with UDIN number only will be considered. 9. Available bid capacity 3AN-B must be more than Estimated Contract Value (E.C.V) 10. The list of works on hand in GHMC limits must be enclosed. If any wrong information updated it can be treated as misguidance to the department, then the action may be initiated 11. Self-declaration of genuinity of documents to be uploaded by the agency 12. The Contractor should enclose Current Address & Mobile No 13. A.S.D should be paid for the remaining less percentage if the contractor quotes more than 25 percent less over ECV at the time of bidding.ASD taken during the bid period only will be considered. Any old ASD uploaded will lead to rejection of the agency.The name of the applicant in the uploaded ASD should be on the name of tenderer only 14. Tenders will be evaluated strictly in terms of G.O.Rt.No.85, Dt:17.02.2017, MA&UD, Government of Telangana 15. Only original documents to be enclosed and any false declaration of the above conditions, the tenderer may be disqualified 16. In case of SC / ST/Waddera /Sagara works the tenders will be evaluated strictly in terms of G.O. Ms no. 59, Dt. 21.05.2018, Govt.of Telangana 17. Payments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any Such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC (As per Proc.No.817/ENC/GHMC/TA-III/K10/2022-23, Dt:15.10.2022) 18. Agencies shall not depend on payment of part Bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.(As per Proc.No.817/ENC/GHMC/TA-III/K10/2022-23, Dt:15.10.2022) 19. For all works costing Rs.20.00 Lakh and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance. Violation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / Suspension of business / Removal from approved list as per GOs in Vogue.
