Key Personnel - The Bidder shall form a multi-disciplinary team for undertaking this assignment and shall submit CVs of the Key Personnel in accordance with the Terms of Reference of the RFP document. Team composition and task assignments in the format at Section 3B. 1.CVs of the following Key Personnel Suggested format available at Section 3C. 1.Team Leader cum Finance Expert. 2.Sector Specific/Technical/Market Expert, 3. PPP cum Procurement Expert.
Not Blacklisted/ Barred and Not Involved in Major Litigation Affecting Service Delivery. The Bidder should not have been blacklisted/ barred by any Central or State Government or PSU and should not be involved in any major litigation that may affect or compromise the delivery of service required. Power of Attorney -The Bidder must submit a duly executed Power of Attorney in favour of the Authorized Signatory of the Bidder or a Copy of Board Resolution duly authorizing signatory for signing this bid.
