Audited balance sheet and profit and loss statement of the firm certified by Chartered Accountant for having achieved minimum annual turnover of Rs.4,01,94,000/- in any two year during the past five financial years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26
Copy of Income Tax Returns filed for any two years - 2021-22 to 2025-26.
Copy of PAN and GST Certificate
Self-declaration of tenderers stating that the firm is not blacklisted by PSU / Government bodies. Any wrong declaration will make the tenderer to be criminally prosecuted.
Site Visit Acknowledgement.
Status of the firm Scanned copies of supporting documents should be uploaded.1.Proprietary - Firm Registration Certificate/GST in the name of the firm.2.Partnership Firm - Partnership deed / Registration Certificate of the firm.3.Private / Public Limited Company - Certificate of Incorporation.
Tenderer details in Annexure-1 duly filled and signed.
The present and previous contractors worked/working with KSMCL/MML shall submit NOC for participating in this tender issued by Competent Authority of KSMCL/MML. If the contractors obtain previous NOC for Tender within 6 months participation in the Tender of this quarry can upload the same NOC issued.
The tenderer shall be granite factory owners/ traders/exporters.In case of factory owners they should have processed min 500 m3 of granite blocks in any one year during past 5 years 2021-22to 2025-26 In case of trader they should have purchased min 500 m3 of granite blocks in any 1 year during past 5 years 2021-22 to 2025-26
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
