Required docs include GST certificate, PAN, experience certificates for similar AC projects, financial statements, EMD security, technical compliance certs proving ISI/BEE compliance, OEM authorization, and OEM warranty certificates for compressor and PCB.

Products must be ISI marked and compliant with IS 1391 Part 2 (Q2); compressor type must align with BEE Star Rating Label, and units should meet the nominal capacity in tons specified in the BOQ.

Delivery is governed by the original delivery period with optional extension. Quantity may vary up to 25% during contract and currency; additional time is calculated as (additional quantity/original quantity) × original period, minimum 30 days.

A 5-year warranty is required from final acceptance or after installation. OEM warranty certificates must be provided at delivery; service network must cover installation, troubleshooting, and timely maintenance across INDIA.

Bidders must have a functional service centre in the state or establish one within 30 days of award; provide toll-free service support and a formal escalation matrix for service issues.

Scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of ISI marked wall-mount ACs; ensure end-to-end deployment and ensure service readiness with trained technicians and OEM support.

Refer to the BEE star rating label on the unit and ensure ISI certification. Units must display IS 1391 Part 2 conformance; verify the compressor type aligns with BEE labeling as per tender standards.
