The Proof of Own/lease Critical Equipment should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The Certificate in respect of Proof should be issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

In Case of Bank Guarantee, the same should be issued in favor of Superintending Engineer, PR, concerned for a period of Six Months and Should be in the Prescribed Proforma in SBD.

Proof of liquid assets in the shape of solvency certificate for the required amount not earlier than one year. The Certificate Must be in the proforma annexure - I of SBD.

In case of lease or Hire of batch type HMP 100-120TPH and Critical equipment the Bidder/ Tenderer should upload lease agreement pertaining to the work/package.

The Proof of Own or lease/Hire agreement with Batch type Hot Mix plant 100-120 TPH Within 100 Km distance /drum type hot mix plant 40-60 TPH from the worksite should be uploaded by the Bidder /tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper. The bidders to upload necessary certificate from the concerned DPRE/EE, PR where worksite is located and DPRE/EE, PR shall inspect and certify with route
