Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• Quantity Variations: Purchaser may increase/decrease up to 25% of bid quantity during contract and currency.
• Financial Standing: Bidder must not be under liquidation or bankruptcy; provide an undertaking with bid.
• GST: Bidder to declare applicable GST; reimbursement as actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower).
• Vendor Code: Submit PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT Mandate for vendor creation.
• Consortium: Permitted with equal responsibility; Undertaking to be uploaded.
