Invitation to Bid - Attending emergency break down of HT services,Reconditioning of HT panel,Filtration of Transformer in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA

Attending emergency break down of HT services/MV Panels such as indoor/outdoor type Transformer substation, Transformer Interchange, ACB breakdowns, HT Kits, AB switches, correction of Low PF by checking Capacitor panel etc.,by identifying the fault, isolating/ rectifying/ bypass the fault, restoration of permanent/ temporary supply including Meggering and checking of 11kv Insulators, CT/PT, Transformers, HT cable and structure with 5000/2500 volts Insulation Tester, cleaning of HG fuse, arcing rods, providing new HG fuses etc., complete as reqd.

Filtration of Transformer oil for 160/250/315 /400 KVA Indoor/Outdoor transformer at site till the dielectric strength of oil reaches to 40 KV and holds for 1 minute including such as removal of all suspended particles like dust, rust, scales, colloidal carbon oxidation sludge etc., Degassing and Dehumidification of transformer oil under vacuum. Circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank. De-acidification by evaporation and absorption method and including transportation of filtering machine, providing test certificate etc., as required.

Top up of transformer oil in the conservator tank up to the minimum level after filtration of the transformer oil in Transformers, and HT Panels etc., as req.

General servicing of 3 panel HT panel consisting of 1No isolator and 2No of OCB of 400A capacity, checking of bus bar, checking of cable chamber, checking of 50Volts DC supply, checking of spring tension in the trip bridge, applying of grease, oil, cleaning of HT terminals male and female contacts, checking of oil level in OCB, checking of strip heaters and AC supply, submitting of test report as required

d. Supply and wiring of 2.5 sqmm copper wire for heaters

f. Monoplast sealings for all HT terminations and Bus Joints in Bus chamber

General servicing of MV panel, Essential Panels, Power room panel, capacitor panel by checking for any loose wires, contacts, tightening the link bolts, checking of overheating of any wires, links rectifying the defects if any, cleaning the complete panel with blower to remove the dust etc., as required.

General servicing of existing 11KV, 400 Amps, 3 pole Gang operated type Air Break switch including cleaning of contacts replacing of metal parts if any burnt-out, checking of alignment for 3poles, applying of oil and grease, making free operation as reqrd.,

Supply and fixing of 96 x 96 mm Digital Ammeter / Voltmeter in existing MV panel by removing of faulty including mounting plate to suitable of existing 144 x 144 mm meters etc., as reqd.,

Supplying and making out door/Indoor type End termination with Heat Shrinkable joint kit to the existing 3 core 95 Sq. mm X L P E, 11KV H.T. cable including crimping of lugs, Providing cable supporting clamps, testing etc as required. (Raychem or SS make)

Testing of earth pits with Earth Tester, cleaning and painting of earth pit manhole chamber with white wash, improving of earth value by pouring salt water where ever needed ,checking of the earth connectivity from earth electrode to equipment connected and making good the same , tightening the loose connections and by replacing the new bolts and nuts brazing joints if needed. Submitting the earth value report to the engineer in charge etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of 9KV ,5KA rating Lightning arresters suitable for 11KV HT supply including testing at site making good etc as required
