Copy of valid TS GST Registration Certificate shall be uploaded. (If GST Provisional Certificate submitted, the bidder should submit the Original GST Registration Certificate at the time of Agreement) and Latest Quarterly GST Returns Copy.

1% EMD on estimate cost and transaction fee should pay through online only, DDs are not accepted otherwise tender should be summarily rejected. EMD @ 1.00% shall be uploaded at the time of tender and balance EMD @ 1.50% shall be paid at the time of concluding Agreement.

Reputed companies / Firms / Manufacturing companies / Authorized Dealers are eligible to participate the tender.
Latest Authorization dealership certificate should submit.
ISO Certificate should submit. (Company)
If Company participation it should submit Firm Reg/Bylaws/Directors Resolution copy.
If Bidder participation should submit consent /authorization certificate obtain from the reputed firm/company/authorized dealers.
Participate Bidder must have to engage his own person if any defect occur of Supplied Materials during the Warranty period and person authorization document should submit for replace of New Materials. If the bidder has failed to respond, any defects occur during the Warranty period of Supplied Materials, the bidder has not to get Security Deposits.
Participated bidder must react to the Motor Repairs immediately and must be Motor Repair set up within Municipal Limits only and submit their Authorization and self-declaration letter of Entire Motor Set up (List of Material Set up for Motor Repairs) within Municipal Limits and Local Motor Repair Garage.

Previous Experience is Mandatory in Municipalities on this type of work.
