Operation & maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of operational & non operational areas i/c Terminal buildling, ATS Building, Fire station, Electrical Substation & other ancillary buildings for round the clock operation on all days i/c Sundays and Holidays by engaging following manpower along with providing required tool and consumables as specified in special conditions of contract for day to day maintenance except spares. The job includes preventive, routine maintenance, attending complaint / fault / breakdown by taking rectification action ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, maintaining all records and documentation etc. complete as per agreement conditions and as per the instruction of EIC. 1. DSR Works Execution of item of Schedule of rates CPWD DSR 2022 as and when required for attending breakdown, repair and maintenance and upkeep of internal & external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations of operational and non operational area i/c Terminal Building, ATS Building, Fire Station, Electrical substation and other ancillary buildings etc. complete as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only including price escalation for 01 year for the job corresponding to an amount of Rs. 2,00,000.00 (including GST from DSR 2022 items) and percentage (%) above/below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly.

Filtration of Transformer oil of 630 kVA transformer to attain acceptable di-electric strength by hot streamline process including arrangement of plant/machine, transportation etc. complete as required by topping of Transformer oil and BDV testing including submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil. (excluding cost of Transformer oil) (Item is to be executed if the BDV value of transformer oil is found below the stipulated value).

Servicing & Checking of LT Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) of L&T U POWER OMEGA make by deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/ OEMs Service Dealers as per OEMs standards complete as required and submission of service reports.

Calibration and testing of following relays at HT Panel by deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/OEMs Service Dealers as per OEMs standards complete as required and submission of service reports. i) Vamp 57 - 5 Nos. (Numerical type of Schneider Make) ii) VAJH13 - 5 Nos. (Tripping Relay of Alstom Make) iii) VAX31 - 5 Nos. (Trip Circuit Supervision Relay of Alstom Make) iv) VAA33 - 4 Nos. (Auxiliary Relay of Alstom Make)

Scrubbing, cleaning the existing surface of cubicle panel, feeder pillars & painting the same with one coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. complete as required.

Cleaning the surface of MS chequered plates and painting with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel black paint etc. complete as required.

Lifting and lowering of 10 HP borewell submersible motor pump set along with dismantling of complete delivery pipeline, removal of pump sets, disconnection of flexible submersible cable, re-assembling of submersible pump, complete delivery pipeline, fixing / laying of existing submersible cable including electrical connection, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.

Decoration of Terminal Building and Canopy of Rupsi Airport, in Tri-Colour, with the following lighting items of pattern approved by E-i-C or his authorized representative, for 03 days etc. complete as required. i) 60 nos. LED series lighting chain (minimum chain length 5m and uniform spacing between chains not more than 0.75 m) ii) 20 nos. RGB LED Facade/ Disco/ Flood light fittings (minimum 10000 lumen output)

Supply and replacement of defective manual call point of suitable make & model compatible to the existing system.

Supply of convertor/driver suitable for following types of LED luminaires/fittings as and when required- i) PHILIPS make 20 W downlight Type- DN195B LED20S

Supply of convertor/driver suitable for following types of LED luminaires/fittings as and when required- iii) HAVELLS make 18/20 W downlight

Supply of 1000W , 240V Lamp suitable for Aerodrome Beacon of model AB-1000F Make- Manairco Inc as and when required.

Calibration of Clinometer from Govt. Test laboratory/ OEM, submission of test report etc., complete as required i/c taking the equipment from AAI site to laboratory and bringing back the same from laboratory to AAI site.

Supply of reflector suitable for AMA make PAPI fittings as and when required.

Supply of B - connector / four-way porcelain terminal for AMA make PAPI units as and when required.

Supply of two pin halogen lamp Holder suitable for 200 Watt, 6.6 Amp Lamp as and when required.

Supply of Wind Sock Cloth, 13 ft 9 inch length, colour preferably Orange & White and conforming to ICAO Annex-14 as and when required.

Supply and replacement of Obstruction Light of Wind Direction Indicator as and when required.

Supply and replacement of 100 AH 12 V Lead-Acid battery, conforming to IS 14257 - 1995 with up to date amendments, suitable for high cranking performance of 62.5 kVA DG set as and when required.

Servicing, Checking, Repairing, Overhauling and Testing of CROMPTON make 630 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformer including carrying out the following tests by deploying Authorised Service Personnel of Manufacturer/OEMs Service Dealers as per OEMs standards complete as required and submission of reports. a) General inspection b) IR value test primary to secondary, primary to earth, secondary to earth c) Votage ratio check at all tap position, d) Buchholz relay operation e) OTI operation f) WTI operation g) On-Load Tap changer operation check h) Cleaning of transformer and replacement of silica gel i) Acidity Check test of Transformer Oil.
