Required documents include PAN Card, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate certified by bank, OEM authorization, and vendor code creation materials. Attach any experience certificates related to ACFP or similar equipment maintenance. Ensure all documents are legible and properly certified for submission.

The tender specifies an ACFP with AMC; detailed technical specs are provided in Buyer Added ATC. Suppliers should obtain OEM authorization and ensure the equipment meets the required maintenance scope for five-year AMC after warranty. The exact performance and integration criteria are defined in the ATC notes.

AMC lines 02-06 commence after completion of the Guarantee/Warranty period. This ensures a seamless transition from initial supply and warranty to routine preventive maintenance during the five-year AMC term.

HPCL reserves termination rights for non-compliance, delayed delivery, or failure to replace defective materials. The contract also makes the seller jointly liable with any subcontractor, ensuring performance as per the scope and delivery schedule defined in the ATC.

Submit an OEM authorization certificate including the partner’s name, designation, address, email, and phone. The certificate must confirm the distributor/affiliate status and rights to supply, service, and maintain the ACFP under the AMC contract.

Delivery and installation are scheduled at HPCL Corporate R&D Bengaluru, near Devangonthi Railway Station, KIADB Industrial Area, Tarabanahalli, Devangundi, Hoskote, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560067, per bid terms and ATC notes.

After warranty completion, AMC lines 02-06 activate. Bidders must demonstrate capability for annual maintenance, timely service, and replacement/repair of defective components within the stipulated delivery period, along with OEM-approved spares and trained technicians.
