Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in MEDCHAL-MALKAJGIRI, TELANGANA

The bidder should have a valid certificate of registration (As mentioned in Bid Data Sheet) issued by the Government of Telangana / competent authority is eligible to participate in the tender. Valid registration should be uploaded.

The Bidder, as a Prime Contractor, shall have successfully executed similar works related to monsoon emergency operations, including the provision of RLW having a capacity of less than 12 tonnes, together with drivers, manpower for Monsoon Emergency Teams, and labour for Static Teams to any State Govt. The bidder should upload Solvency Certificate of not less than ECV from any Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Commercial Banks/State Banks/Central Bank

The bidder shall have an available Bid capacity more than ECV, which shall be assessed as per the following formula: Available Bid capacity = (3AN-B)

The required number of vehicles to be provided under this tender, whether through MOU, lease, or ownership, is indicated in the Bid Data Sheet

Any registered individual contractor, agency, experienced contractor, or reputed travel agency is eligible to participate in the tender. The bidder shall upload, on the e-Procurement platform, a valid MOU obtained from the owners of vehicles such as Tata Ace, Mahindra Jeeto, Maruti Suzuki Super Carry, or equivalent vehicles.

(Continuation of point 7) A vehicles covered under an MOU submitted for one tender shall not be used or uploaded for any other participating tender. If the same vehicles are found to have been uploaded in more than one tender, the bid/tender shall be liable for rejection

If the Bidder stood L1 in the participated tender, the vehicles uploaded and considered for qualification in that tender shall not be eligible for use towards qualification requirements in any other subsequent tender during the same procurement process

Under taking certificate, Details of Arbitration/Litigation, work commitments and list of documents uploaded shall be furnished as per Annexure I, II III, IV & V

Valid Statutory Registrations viz: GST, PAN, latest IT returns last (5) financial years i.e., 2020-2021,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) (copies should be uploaded)

The bidder should upload all the vehicles certificates of RCs, Insurance, Tax receipt, Fitness & Pollution

The bidder should upload valid Labour License certificate

The bidder should upload Turnover certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant for last 5 Financial years

The bidder who quotes more than 15% below the Estimated Contract Value (ECV) shall be required to pay an Additional Security Deposit (ASD) for the percentage exceeding the 15% threshold. The ASD shall be paid in favour of the Commissioner, HYDRAA, and a copy of the payment proof must be uploaded

The bidder shall not upload any unnecessary or irrelevant documents that are not related to the tender. All required documents shall be uploaded strictly in accordance with Annexure?IV. The bidder shall also upload a self-declaration, duly signed and stamped, along with the bid documents. Failure to submit the required documents in the prescribed format may result in rejection of the bid

The Agencies / bidders shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills
