• The contractor must maintain group insurance for laborers and ensure due wage payments; the corporation bears no compensation liability for worker incidents.
• EMD submission may be via fixed deposit receipt (FDR) pledged to A/C Superintending Engineer, Electricity Distribution Circle, Orai; delivery of hardcopy within 5 days of bid end/opening date.
