Name of the work :- Operation and Maintenance of "Providing Intra Village Distribution System to Chowdamma Gutta (New Colony) of Gundumal Village & Mandal of Narayanpet District". Officer inviting bids: Chief Engineer-V, Mission Bhagiratha, Hyderabad, Telangana. 1. Bids are invited on the e-Procurement platform for the above-mentioned work from the contractors/ contracting firms eligible as per clause 7, registered with Government of Telangana / A.P. 2. E.M.D: to be paid Through Net banking/RTGS/NEFT/Credit card/Debit card only in favour of Executive Engineer, Mission Bhagiratha GRID Division, Mahabubnagar of Telangana State. 3. Approximate Estimated Contract Value Rs. 63,81,459.00 4. Period of Completion of Work: (6) months. 5. Class of Contractor Eligible: as per G.O.Ms.No.94, date: 01/07/2003 and registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana state Government / as per GO Ms No 66 Dt:20/04/2015 registered with Telangana State Government and further amendments of Telangana Government if any. The eligible intending bidders would be required to enroll themselves on the e-Procurement Market Place https://tender.telangana.gov.in and submit their bids online. The tenderer is subject to be disqualified, if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/statements / certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and or Financial failures and or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high bid price. 12. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience, he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated and his EMD will be forfeited. 13. Transaction Fee: The Participating bidders shall pay transaction fee as specified. All tenderers have to pay the non refundable transaction fee as per the GO MS No: 13 dated 2.7.2006 permitting integration of electronic Payment Gateway of ICICI / HDFC Banks with e-Procurement platform, which provides a facility to participating suppliers/ contractors to electronically pay the transaction fee from the platform, using their credit cards. 14. The Payment Gateway accepts all Master and VISA credit cards issued by any bank to conduct the transaction. The facility is mandatory. NOTE: 1) Any other condition regarding receipt of tenders in conventional method appearing in the tender documents may please be treated is not applicable. 2) The documents that are uploaded in the Internet will only be considered for Technical Bid Evaluation and the eligibility criteria of tenderer given in the uploaded tender documents will only be considered. 3) The Contractors are requested to upload the information?s in Zip format preferably. 4) All the enclosed documents furnished in support of eligibility for the tender, should be attested by the tenderer. The tenderers have need not to upload the tender schedules of volume-I & Volume-II in e procurement, but they have to furnish the certificates in e procurement stating that I have gone through all the tender conditions and accepted them with out any pre conditions. Non submission of these certificates will liable to rejection. 5) The successful (LI) bidder shall furnish the original hard copies of all documents/certificates/statements uploaded by him before concluding agreement. 6) The successful bidder shall pay an amount equivalent to 0.04% of ECV (estimated contract value) with a cap of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) for all works with ECV upto Rs. 50 Crores on eProcurement platform before entering into agreement/issue of purchase orders, towards e-procurement fund in favour of Managing Director, TSTS, Telangana Unit, Hyderabad through the Agreement authority. Procedure for Bid Submission a. Intending bidders can contact Office of the Superintending Engineer, Mission Bhagiratha Circle, Mahabubnagar district for any clarification in information on any working day during working hours. b. The bidders who are desirous of participating in e procurement shall submit their documents in the standard formats prescribed in the Tender Documents Displayed at e Market place. The bidders should upload the scanned copies of all the relevant certificates, Documents etc., in the e market place in support of their Technical bids. The bidders shall sign on all the statements, documents, certificates uploaded by him owning responsibility for their correctness/authenticity. c. The contractor shall be required to furnish a declaration in e procurement stating that the soft copies uploaded by him are genuine. Any incorrectness/deviation noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from canceling the work duly forfeiting the EMD, criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business.
