Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
The RFP has been addressed to all the Consultancy firms willing to provide PMC Services for the aforesaid Project in Karnataka. The consultant should have an office in Karnataka with a valid GST number. In case of Joint Venture either of the partners should have an office in Karnataka. The consultant should enclose GST filed details for last one year.
The Client will provide the inputs specified in the Data Sheet, assist the firm in obtaining licenses and permits needed to carry out the services, and make available relevant project data and reports.
