Contract Bidding Open For Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for Upgradation of 103 existing Anganawadi Buildings in Hosadurga Taluk Chitradurga District. in KARNATAKA

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Executive Engineer, PRED.Division, Chitradurga has the right to accepted or rejected the tender is reserved.

Agency/supplier should be attached GST. Upload the 3B of last 3 months is compulsory. GST amount will not paid to Service tenders.

If the Agency failed to fulfil the pre-qualification conditions, agency will not be consider for further evaluation

Bid-documents conditions no. KC-1 conditions applicable.

If the any technical qualified agencies quoted in same financial rates, the contract will be awarded to agency for highest turnover in any one year of past five years.

The Person of the Organisation who should not elected by the Govt/local bodies through elections (attach self attested self declaration certificate)

Details of Agency should not involve in litigations. (attach self attested self declaration certificate)

DPR amount will be changed as per the schedule. Payment will be consider on only Civil works related.

Agency should submit the self declaration not in BLACK LIST on Rs.100 Stamp paper.

The financial proposal is only in percentage. (The bidder shall quote not exceeding to 0.50%)

GST is applicable as per privileged rules.

Detailed estimate is construction building including Compound, Water supply & Sanitation works, Electrification works and including Dining, Kitchen materials and furnitures etc as per requirement and as directed by the higher authorities and executive in charge of work.

Agency should follow As per Annexure-1 conditions for preparation of DPRs is compulsory

Staff details compulsory required staff is must, if agency will failure submit the required staff details tender will be cancelled.

The Financial proposals quoted same rates by the agencies. The L-1 Agency is selected by Lottory infront of Agencies. This condition is accepted by the All agencies.
