V either a certificate issued by the Executive Engineer not earlier than 1 year or a Declaration on Non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- as prescribed in Statement-V given above with sufficient proof of document in support of owning such as Invoice / certificate of registration by competent authority in support of the critical equipment

Availability of key personnel as in Statement VI along with supporting documents

Information of litigation history as in Statement VII

Any other certificates required as per NIT

Proof of liquid assets in the shape of Solvency certificates etc., for the required amount taken not earlier than one year from the date of tender notice

The tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid registration in Class II in PH Engineering as per G.O.Ms.No.130, I&CAD(PW-Reforms) Dept. Dt. 22.05.2007 and Class III as per G.O.Ms.No.21, I&CAD(Reforms) Dated.13.04.2017 for executing Water supply & Sanitary Engg Works
