Contract Bidding Open For Providing outsource services of Computer Operator (6Nos), D Group Employees (13Nos) & Driver (2 Nos), Geologist(1Nos)for Sub Division & Division Office Gadag in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Attach the turnover certificate

Organization should have a provident fund registration

Organization should have a employment state insurance registration

Organization should have a professional Tax Registration

Organization should have a service tax Registration/GST Registration

The Contractor has to pay the minimum wages as per bid document to the employees & the service charge shall be quoted separately as per Bid Document

ESI & PF Remittance Challans as per bid document

Any other documents as mentioned in Bid Document

Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate : ( Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

Only Service Charge as per the bid document shall be claimed in eproc in percentage. Any other inappropriate percentage claimed will be rejected

EMD Declaration shall be compulsorily attached or else bid will be rejected

The Executive Engineer can accept or reject any of the tenders without any reason.

The Agency/Person shall submit its bills once a month
