Open Tender for Selection of IT Consultancy Service for design and development of a digital platform (Web & Mobile Applications) to support the 1.5 Million Native Plants Plantation Initiative led by the Bangalore Development Authority on June 27th 2026(BDA) in KARNATAKA

Bidder should be a Company registered under Companies Act 1956 and s u b s e q u e n t l y Amended in India and in existence at least for past 5years or Partnership firm registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932 and in existence at least for past 5 years or an LLP firm registered under Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 Copy of registration certificates GST & PAN certificate shall be submitted

The bidder must possess proven experience in the Design development, and implementation of enterprise level IT solutions and web applications, having successfully completed a minimum of three projects for central or State Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings PSUs, Boards, or Corporations within Karnataka. Documentary evidence, such as Letters of Award LOA, work orders, agreements, or contracts, should be provided to support these credentials.

The bidder must have experience in a minimum of three turnkey projects, project management assignments, or IT projects undertaken for Central or State Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings PSUs, Boards, or Corporations within the state of Karnataka.
