The Tender should be a KPWD Registered Class-IV and above contractor Attach Registration Certificate

To qualify for Award of this contract, Tenderer in his name should have achieved in at least One financial years in the last five years i.e. period of 2021-22 to 2025-26, a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs. 20.15 lakhs. Attach Balance sheets & Profit & Loss account statements indicating the contract receipts related to civil engineering construction works received in last 5 years duly certified by the chartered accountant.

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer should have in his name in the last five years, satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least Any Construction work of value not less than Rs. 5.04 lakhs. Attach Work done Certificate issued by competent authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

The requisite E.M.D. as prescribed in KPPP portal should be submitted by the contractor.

The Contractor belonging to Scheduled Caste shall be domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years He should scan & upload Domicile Residential Certificate for Residing in Karnataka for more than 10 years by the Competent Authority.
