Bids are Invited For Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1. Copy of PAN Card registered on the name of company/firm/ Proprietor and linked to GST registration (Mandatory)

2.GST Registration Number along with documentary evidence. (Mandatory)

3. Copies of at least one previous purchase order/LS agreement with issuing authority signature towards execution of subject or similar work during last 5 years. (Mandatory)

4. List of items quoted on the firm/company letterhead duly SIGNED AND SCANNED along with brands if any and complete specifications along with PAYMENT TERMS. (Mandatory)

1.Not withstanding anything stated above, TGGENCO reserves the Right to assess the bidder's capability to execute the work, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in overall interest of TSGENCO.

2. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will be rejected.

3. All and any disputes or differences arising out of or touching this contract shall be decided only by Courts or Tribunals situated in Hyderabad or Secunderabad cities. No suit or other legal proceedings shall be initiated elsewhere.
