For all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies in any circumstance.

The tenderer who have quoted over and above 25 percentage less over ECV the ASD amount should be paid online ( Commissioner, CMC) at the time of agreement.

The agency must follow procedure for disposal of C&D waste as detailed in GO RT no 626 C&D waste management rules Dt 19.06.2026

The L1 contractor must submit an undertaking against illegal dumping of C&D waste at the time of concluding the agreement

The L1 agency must submit C&D waste disposal certificate for processing the payment

All civil works shall mandatorily use 10% construction materials made out of C&D waste in all Government works in CMC limits. In case of non-availability of material, a certificate shall be issued by the waste processing facilities and exemption shall be given accordingly

The agency should have work experience Nylon Carpet flooring

The agency should have a partner as an Architect or employee (10 years experience) for designing interiors and execution

The agency should have interior Acoustics MOU with concerned vendor and give test certificates after execution
