To qualify for award of the contract, each Bidder in his name should submit certificate issued by an Engineer not below the cadre of Divisional Engineer for the works executed in any one year during the last 10 financial years. The date of work commencement, completion along with Agreement No. should be invariably furnished in the performance /past experience certificate issued by the concerned Engineer in the enclosed format only.

(i) Line (11KV): To qualify for award of the contract, as a Prime contractor should have executed the erection and commission of 50% (4.8KM) of bid quantity (2.4KM) of 11KV line or Higher Voltage line is required on Partial Turn Key Basis in any one year during preceding ten financial years. i.e from 2016-17 to 2025-26

(ii) Line (LT): To qualify for award of the contract, as a Prime contractor should have executed the erection and commission of 50% (8.0KM) of bid quantity (4.0KM) of LT line or Higher Voltage line is required on Partial Turn Key Basis in any one year during preceding ten financial years. i.e from 2016-17 to 2026-27.

 50% of Bid Quantity of M+6 Tower (or) higher type i.e 14 Nos in any two years executed during preceding ten financial years i.e from 2016-17 to 2025-26 on Partial Turn Key Basis.

Financial Turnover : The bidder should produce financial turn over during the last TEN years (FY 2016-17 to 2026-27). Certificate issued by Registered Chartered Accountant with UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) must be uploaded. The certificate is mandatory

The Bidder should have the bid capacity not less than the estimated contract value or value of work put to tender.
