Staff Station Reader
Staff station is used for issue return of library materials, entry of new material to the LMS etc
RFID Handheld Reader
RFID handheld reader is mainly used in stock verification of books which can be done in hours instead of days with handheld reader system. It can also be used in searching a particular book by taking the reader to library racks.
Gate Antenna System
3D Security gates are placed at exit gate of the library to keep check on unauthorized books going outside.
Self-Check In Check Out Kiosk Station
RFID enabled self check in-check out system is an independent touch screen based kiosk for borrowers to perform issue-return functions on their own
RFID Smart Cards Pre-Printed
Pre-Printed Mifare cards for smart cards, these can be used at self check in check out station to issue books independent of any human intervention
Self-Adhesive RFID Tags
RFID tag aer pasted on each and every book of library which helps in communicating with the RFID system resulting in self check in & check out and theft protection.
Institutional Labels
Institutional labels are placed on RFID tags to protect the tag form any tampering and removal of RFID tags.
RFID Book Return Station
Book return station is placed outside the library facilitating the user to return the books 24/7 even after closing the library.
Middleware integration
Middleware is the OEM software of the provider for automation of library and for the future operations & maintenance of library assets. PC for handling the middleware software and the detailed configuration required for this PC is enumerated in the specification.
Koha integration
Koha is the DBMS/LMS in which the master data of the library assets/books is stored , middleware software fetches the data from koha for its daily operation. PC for handling the koha and the detailed configuration required for this PC is enumerated in the specification. Data migration is job of transfering the current data into Koha LMS as mentioned the specification
Tagging Job Work
Pasting of RFID tag on current library holdings and configuring them as mentioned in the item specification.
