(a) All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions. (b) The company shall be declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/ PSU due to any reason. Note: i) TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii) If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO’s discretion. iii) Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv) The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v) Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi) If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO. vii) The bidders shall quote for all items, as the subject tender is floated on a tender wise basis. If not quoted for all items, the bid shall be rejected/disqualified. Remaining all are as per tender document.
