Delivery must be to ICAR-IIMR, Himayat Sagar Road, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad 500030. The initial delivery period follows the original order date, with potential extension up to 25% of quantity and minimum 30 days added if needed; extensions calculated by the specified formula.

Bidders or their OEMs must have 3 years of regular manufacturing and supplying similar tractors to Central/State Govt organizations or PSUs. Copies of relevant contracts showing yearly quantities must accompany the bid; primary product value governs bunch bids.

Submit an OEM/Original Service Provider authorization form including name, designation, address, email, and phone number. If bidding via authorized distributors, provide the authorization certificate accordingly along with the bidder’s bid documents.

If quantity increases by up to 25%, the delivery period adjusts using (additional quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum extension of 30 days. The purchaser can extend this duration further to meet original delivery window where feasible.

Bidders must verify GST applicability; GST reimbursement will be at actuals or the applicable rate, whichever is lower, limited to the quoted GST percentage. Ensure correct GST invoicing aligned with government procurement rules.

Bidder must declare no liquidation or court receivership and upload an undertaking. The buyer may reject bids from entities with financial instability or ongoing insolvency proceedings, preserving procurement integrity and compliance.
