The cost will be updated to present value by giving weightage of 10 percent for each year, if work is completed prior to 2026-27.

The Bidder should have achieved a Financial Turn-over of not less than the Amount put to tender i.e Rs.8.46 Lakhs in any of the ONE Financial years during the last 5 years, i.e, 2021-22 to 2025-26. Audit profit and loss account certified by a practicing charted accountant, the turnover will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10 percent for each year prior to 2026-27.
