To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 Turnover Certificate obtained from Charted Accountant and achieved in at least two financial years an average Annual Financial Turnover in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only of Rs.321.96 Lakhs usually not less than the Two tifmes of the estimated cost under this contract.

In last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least one similar nature of work done 50 percentage of the cost of the work not less than the amount Rs.80.49 lakhs, certificate issued from the rank of Executive Engineer and above for the same should be furnished by the contractor.

An Unconditional Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 43.90 lakhs. Credit lines or letter of credit or Certificates from Banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in peak construction period.As per the proforma given particularly for this work only.
