Tender Notice for Procurement Services in TELANGANA

Manufacturer Certificate/Authorized dealer certificate, if applicable

Company/Firm Registration Certificate.

Proof showing manufacturing of tender stores.

Proof showing authorized dealership with date(s) validity etc.

Income Tax return for the last three assessment years of 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26.

Bidders should have GST Registration No. (copy to be enclosed)

GST Return for the last three years OR GST payment receipts for 6 months up to 31.03.2026.

NSIC/SSI Certificate, if applicable, in respect of firms registered as SSI/NSIC (it should be registered as SSI/NSIC for the item quoted in this tender- A valid SSI/NSIC certificate giving details of item of manufacture along with proof of address of the firm should be submitted with the tender schedule for getting exemption from the payment of earnest money deposit)

DD towards EMD and Processing fee separately for each item should be submitted.

The bidder should have minimum average annual turnover of Rs.1.00 crore (Rupees one crore only) in the last 3 financial year of operations i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26in the business. The turnover should be certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Certificates regarding previous performance.

Purchase Orders regarding similar item supplied elsewhere together with satisfactory completion certificate (Central Govt./State Govt./ PSUs).

Acknowledgement issued by the RI (Stores), OCTOPUS, Telangana for the samples supplied.
