Eligibility requires belonging to the DSP Bearing Policy category-3, or providing valid bid-specific authorization from the original manufacturer for authorized dealers. Deliveries must occur within 4 months from PO, and bearings must be individually packed, sealed, and certified before dispatch.

Submit GST certificate, PAN card, experience certificates for bearing supply, financial statements, EMD documentation if applicable, OEM authorization or bid-specific authorization, and technical certificates confirming bearing sealing and DSP category-3 eligibility.

Material must be delivered within 4 months from PO release. If quantity is increased under option clause, extended time uses (additional quantity/original quantity) × original period, minimum 30 days. Ensure packing is per-bearer and bearings are sealed with manufacturer certification.
